AUCTION TERMS

 

Hammer price are all plus 7.5% auctioneers fee, our fee, vat and eighty pounds department of transport transfer fee.  Our charge is £250 + vat, IF we get the registration mark.  You the buyer agree to pay PERSONALLY YOURS REGISTRATIONS immediately in full with any successful bid/bids. No charges are made if we are unsuccessful in obtaining the registration mark. You also agree to give correct nominee details where asked on your bid agreement before the auction. No refunds or changes can be made on any successful bid. If in any unlikely event that PERSONALLY YOURS REGISTRATIONS are unable to bid, we shall attempt to contact you prior to the sale. In any event 'PERSONALLY YOURS REGISTRATIONS' shall not be responsible or made liable for any failure to purchase any registration number for any reason.
