Please read carefully

  1. The person or persons selling the mark (donor party) permits PERSONALLY YOURS REGISTRATIONS to advertise and subsequently sell (upon finding a buyer) the transfer right of the

    2. Mark to the purchaser.

    The price payable to the donor will be agreed and confirmed in writing.

  2. You the owner of the donor vehicle shall not be responsible for any fees charged by the department of transport. In the event of the donor not honoring his/her obligation as prescribed in this agreement then PERSONALLY YOURS REGISTRATIONS reserves the right to claim loss of earnings.
  3. Once a buyer is found PERSONALLY YOURS REGISTRATIONS shall pair both sets of documentation and be responsible for transfer application.
  4. Once the application for the transfer has been accepted by the vehicle registration office they may request to inspect the donor vehicle for clarification of the VIN chassis number (so all numbers correspond with each other).

    5. It is the responsibility of the donor party to fulfill the obligation if/when requested.

  6. No specific time period can be given for a buyer to be found or for the department of transport to conduct the transfer, such circumstances are beyond our control.

 

PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT!

8. The donor party undertakes to notify PERSONALLY YOURS REGISTRATIONS in writing, via

recorded delivery IMMEDIATELY, if you decide to dispose of the vehicle and/or registration number or wish to withdraw the registration from sale. If the donor party fails to notify us in writing prior to a customer being found, he/she may be liable for any costs incurred as a result of loss of profit. No charges what so ever will be made with such notification.
